Job summary

A3IM is seeking a Field Account Manager to develop and strengthen customer relationships while driving sales growth among assigned industrial accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities, supporting maintenance and project requirements, and coordinating with suppliers to deliver excellent service.

This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, and the ability to work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in a fast-paced industrial

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience in technical, business, or related field.
• Five+ years in industrial, instrumentation, maintenance, reliability, or related experience.
• Knowledge of oil & gas, chemical processing, refining, or renewable energy industries.
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of remote/field work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and decision makers.
• Identify opportunities, support maintenance/projects, and coordinate with supplier partners.
• Develop proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and end-user training as required.
• Travel to customer sites and participate in trade shows and events.
