Job summary

Fiber Pad, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech to support continuous operations of production equipment and facilities.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and perform repairs to ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read schematics, and collaboration with the maintenance team and production staff.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to work up to 480V.
• MIG welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly PMs on thermoforming lines and support equipment.
• Service and repair vacuum pumps and air compressors.
• Repair toilets, sinks, drinking fountains, etc.
• Weld for facilities projects and build tables or frames.
• Maintain forklifts and coordinate external service needs.
• Make basic electrical repairs on machinery and facilities using schematics.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance and work with external vendors on large projects.
• Coordinate with vendors to complete various projects as needed.
• Service CNC machines and thermoforming equipment.
• Receive work orders via CMMS, track progress, and report status to leadership.
• Collaborate with team across departments to support production maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO protocols.
• Assist in housekeeping to keep the facility clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
