Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or related field.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read manuals and understand basic technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility-related issues.
• Inspect equipment and facility systems to identify potential problems before failures occur.
• Complete scheduled maintenance activities and document work performed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Support operation and maintenance of utilities and facility infrastructure.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, including motors, switches, controls, and components.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment, pumps, valves, piping, and related systems.
• Assist with HVAC and building climate-control systems.
