Job summary

HLBMA LLC in Georgia seeks a Facility Technician I to operate and maintain critical facility utility and environmental systems supporting 24/7 battery manufacturing. You will handle chillers, boilers, AHUs, RTUs, and related electrical components with minimal supervision.

The role requires basic electrical knowledge, troubleshooting, and adherence to safety procedures, LOTO and PPE, with rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

1+ years in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and control wiring
Experience with boilers, chillers, AHUs/RTUs, dust/fume collection
Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, and associated piping and controls
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boiler systems per SOP
Operate and maintain air handling units (AHUs) and rooftop units (RTUs)
Inspect, operate, and maintain dust/fume collection systems and alarms
Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control logic to diagnose faults
Follow LOTO procedures and ensure electrical safety compliance
