Kimberly-Clark USA in Warren, OH is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain a 1.5 million‑sq‑ft plant, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of building systems and utilities. You’ll work within HPWS, contribute to continuous improvement, and support energy-efficient facility performance.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, and related systems, while coordinating with contractors and using CMMS to document activity.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of Industrial Maintenance and 3+ years of facilities maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and manuals.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and PAT.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility infrastructure and building systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC and air handling systems.
• Maintain compressed air, chilled water, cooling, and water systems.
• Maintain fire protection, lighting, and electrical distribution.
• Service dock equipment, overhead doors, and roof drainage.
• Maintain BAS and monitor utility systems for energy efficiency.
• Document activities in CMMS and maintain equipment history.
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new facility equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized maintenance or construction.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support emergency response efforts for facility-related issues.
