Job summary

Kerry Rhinelander, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, installations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and timely work orders while ensuring GMP and safety standards. The role supports a union facility with a 12-hour rotating shift schedule and overtime eligibility.

You will be part of a dedicated maintenance team focusing on equipment reliability and facility upkeep in a dynamic food-grade environment.

Qualifications

Technical certification from a vocational or trade school is preferred.
2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment.
Working knowledge of stainless steel welding and fabrication and industrial piping systems.
PLC experience preferred

Responsibilities

Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machinery components.
Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, hydraulic, steam, and pneumatic equipment.
Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, pumps, mechanical seals, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment to minimize downtime.
Complete preventive maintenance tasks to support safe and efficient operations.
Assist with building maintenance, including minor plumbing, welding, and general facility upkeep.
