Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of ten years of facilities maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Broad knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems.
• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts. CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of building systems and equipment.
• Read blueprints and install/repair machinery and facility equipment.
• Operate power tools and CMMS (Eptura Asset) for work orders.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient facility environment across multiple areas.
• Support emergency maintenance and setup for events or production needs.
