Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of maintenance or facilities teams.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control abilities.
• Contractor/vendor management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute infrastructure maintenance strategies for high reliability.
• Maintain asset registry and condition assessment across site assets.
• Own inventory accuracy and warehouse processes.
• Lead warehouse team to optimize stocking levels and processes.
• Oversee inspections and corrective actions; manage budgets and CAPEX planning.
• Procure work from contractors and administer facility service contracts.
• Coordinate moves, layout changes, and facility improvements.
• Develop KPIs for reliability, maintenance completion, and costs.
