Job summary

K2 Pure Solutions LP is seeking a Facilities & Infrastructure Leader in California to manage maintenance, warehouse inventory, and site support services for the industrial park. You will drive high reliability, safety, and cost control across facilities assets and contracts.

The role requires leading a team, coordinating with Engineering and Projects, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and building codes while maintaining asset documentation and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing industrial facilities, infrastructure, or maintenance in manufacturing/construction environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Strong understanding of industrial buildings, civil infrastructure, and rail infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains infrastructure maintenance strategy with preventive, predictive, and corrective programs.
• Develops asset registry and condition assessment for all infrastructure assets.
• Owns inventory accuracy in the warehouse and directs the warehouse team.
• Leads warehouse improvements to optimize stocking levels and streamline processes.
• Oversees inspection programs and ensures timely corrections of deficiencies.
• Develops annual maintenance budgets and 3–5 year capital improvement plans.
• Identifies long-term infrastructure improvement opportunities with Eng. and Projects teams.
• Procures work from contractors and service providers at competitive costs.
• Manages facilities maintenance contracts including janitorial, uniforms, and supplies.
• Manages contractor qualification, safety oversight, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinates office moves, workspace improvements, and facility layout changes.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and building codes; maintains drawings and records.
• Develops KPIs for reliability, maintenance completion, and costs.
• Writes procedures and training manuals for facilities maintenance.
• Sets department goals and ensures action on employee concerns.
• Champions ethical workforce management and employee well-being.
