Job summary

K2 Pure Solutions LP is seeking a Facilities & Infrastructure Leader to oversee maintenance, inspection, repair, and long-term reliability of the site’s infrastructure and facility services, including janitorial, uniforms, and site contracts. Emphasis on safety, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires managing inventory, budgets, and capital projects, while partnering with Engineering, Projects, EH&S and site tenants to ensure compliant, reliable operations.

• Proven contractor and vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive infrastructure maintenance strategy with preventive, predictive, and corrective programs.
• Maintains asset registry and condition assessment program for all infrastructure assets.
• Owns inventory accuracy in the warehouse and directs processes to maintain stocking levels.
• Leads warehouse improvements to optimize stocking levels and streamline receiving and issuing parts.
• Oversees contractor qualification, safety oversight, and performance evaluation.
• Manages annual maintenance budgets and 3–5 year capital improvement plans.
• Coordinates maintenance activities with Engineering, Projects, EH&S, and site tenants.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, building codes, and company standards.
• Writes and updates procedures and training manuals for facilities maintenance.
