Job summary

LHH is seeking a hands-on facilities leader to keep our industrial facility running smoothly and to own larger upgrades and improvement projects. This role works across maintenance, contractors, building systems, safety, and capital/facility projects.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in facilities or project management within industrial environments, with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus experience coordinating external vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, maintenance, construction, or project management
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, utilities, and general building systems
• Experience managing outside contractors and service providers
• Background coordinating facility upgrades, repairs, and improvement projects
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and maintenance tracking systems
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and facility compliance
• Degree is preferred, but relevant experience can absolutely take its place

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day facility operations while balancing larger upgrades and improvement projects
• Collaborates across internal teams and external vendors to execute capital/facility projects
• Leads or participates in safety, compliance, and maintenance planning
