Job summary

SunSource’s Industrial Fabrication team in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Process Coordinator to manage custom power unit orders from submittal to shipment.

You will be the single point of contact for new submittals, build center selection, commercial processing, order entry, and coordination with credit and shipping. This role also involves project scheduling, CAD drawing retrieval, costing documentation, and ongoing ISO/ purchasing duties.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with fluid power focus preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years fluid power experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access & Outlook) and Trend experience.
• Certifications none required.

Responsibilities

• Process all Industrial Fabrication custom power unit orders from submittal to shipment.
• Serve as the main contact for new order submittals, build center selection, and order entry.
• Monitor project scheduling; update schedules with Process Leader direction.
• Coordinate with CAD team to obtain drawings and create shop folders.
• Generate final costing documents and execute final order processing including credit and shipping.
• Support purchasing, ECO duties, and ISO compliance for the DDEL facility.
• Provide backup for final project inspections when needed.
