Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes for fabricated and machined components.
• Create process routers and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Estimate manufacturing labor, material, and production costs.
• Utilize SolidWorks and 3D CAD software to support manufacturing processes.
• Review customer drawings, specifications, and engineering changes.
• Create flat patterns and machine-ready files for lasers, turret punches, and press brakes.
• Collaborate with sales, customers, vendors, and production teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Identify production bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement engineering solutions.
• Support scheduling, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
