Job summary

SunSource is seeking a Process Coordinator to manage Industrial Fabrication custom power unit orders and related project activities at the Cincinnati facility. You will coordinate submittals, build centers, credit interactions, and order processing while aligning with the Process Leader and CAD teams to secure drawings and shop folders.

The role covers project scheduling, costing documentation, and ensuring proper shipment coordination.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with fluid power focus preferred.
• 3–5 years fluid power experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Process all Industrial Fabrication custom power unit orders.
• Serve as the main contact for new order submittals, build center selection, and order entry.
• Coordinate with Credit to manage progressive payment orders and payment status.
• Monitor and assist in DDEL project scheduling with Process Leader, Expeditor, Purchasing and Credit.
• Create and update the DDEL project schedule and obtain CAD drawings for builds.
• Generate final costing documents and complete order processing including credit release and shipping.
• Ensure project photos are saved in the engineering directory and back-up inspections.
• Develop purchasing/ECO duties when the purchasing associate is unavailable.
• Maintain ISO elements and Calibration Program for the DDEL facility.
