Job summary

SunSource is seeking a Process Coordinator for its Industrial Fabrication team. The role handles all submittals, build center selection, commercial processing, and order entry, coordinating with credit to manage progressive payments.

The coordinator will monitor project schedules, obtain necessary CAD drawings, and maintain shop folders. Final costing documents are generated for approval, and shipments are coordinated to meet requirements including LTL or dedicated transport.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with fluid power focus preferred.
• 3-5 years fluid power experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Trend software.
• Certifications – None required.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for Industrial Fabrication custom power units and act as the point of contact for new submittals.
• Coordinate build center selection and commercial processing; entry of orders and credit coordination.
• Support project scheduling with the Process Leader, Expeditor, Purchasing & Credit personnel.
• Obtain drawings from CAD team and create shop folders for project builds.
• Generate final costing documents for approvals and execute final order processing for shipments.
• Ensure ISO elements are maintained and assist with purchasing/ECO duties when needed.
