SteelCon Inc. in Brighton, CO is seeking multiple full‑time Construction Estimating Specialists – Industrial Estimators to support our expanding project load.

If you are detail‑oriented, analytical, and experienced in steel fabrication or industrial construction estimating, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and grow your career. You'll review project drawings, develop accurate estimates, and perform material takeoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing estimates, placing material orders, and handling invoicing in steel fabrication or construction
• Strong knowledge of structural steel and high‑voltage equipment
• Basic understanding of structural and electrical design principles
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimating software
• Excellent written communication and exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings and develop accurate estimates
• Perform material takeoffs and coordinate pricing with vendors
• Consult with engineering and field teams to finalize bids
• Prepare clear bid proposals and organize project files
• Support scheduling and procurement and draft change order estimates
