Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in structural steel estimating, strong reading of plans, proficiency in Bluebeam Revu and Excel, and excellent cost analysis and negotiation skills.

• Experience with structural steel estimating, quantity takeoffs, and fabrication.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Strong cost analysis, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

The Structural Steel Estimator will support commercial building and industrial facility projects through full preconstruction-to-award involvement. Reporting to the general manager or owner, this role will prepare accurate bids, evaluate project scope and costs, coordinate pricing, track opportunities, and support contract negotiations through award.
