Responsibilities include repairing industrial assets, diagnosing failures, maintaining CMMS records, and interpreting complex diagrams. The role requires safety adherence, mentorship to junior staff, and operation of heavy equipment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance or related field.
  • Ability to troubleshoot PLC operations and read ladder logic.
  • Knowledge of AC/DC motors, motor drives, and industrial control circuits.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and complex repairs on extruders, pumps, and gearboxes to maximize output.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures with diagnostic tools and schematics.
  • Maintain asset history and workflows in a digital CMMS.
  • Interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical diagrams for replacements and upgrades.
  • Uphold safety via LOTO protocols and environmental regs.
  • Mentor junior staff and support cross-functional process improvements.
  • Operate forklifts and aerial lifts to service equipment safely.

Responsibilities
  • Execute complex repairs and preventative maintenance on industrial assets, including extruders, pumps, and gearboxes, to maximize production output.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical failures using advanced diagnostic tools and technical schematics.
  • Manage maintenance workflows and asset history through digital CMMS platforms to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Interpret intricate hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical diagrams to perform precise component replacements and system upgrades.
  • Maintain a high standard of workplace safety by strictly adhering to LOTO protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Support team growth by providing technical mentorship to junior staff and collaborating on cross-functional process improvements.
  • Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and aerial lifts, to facilitate safe equipment servicing.
Required Skills
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

  • Current OSHA 10-Hour certification or equivalent safety training.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform CNC machine setups and complex mechanical changeovers.
