Qualifications

  • Ability to read and translate technical schematics into actionable repairs.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to provide basic hand tools.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and electronic issues, ensuring rapid restoration of production machinery.
  • Program, troubleshoot, and modify PLC logic (Allen Bradley, Modicon, Square D) to enhance process efficiency.
  • Interpret intricate electrical schematics and diagrams to perform precise installations and repairs on 480V systems.
  • Configure and maintain motor drives and industrial control systems to meet operational requirements.
  • Document all maintenance activities and equipment status updates within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Uphold rigorous safety standards, including LOTO procedures, to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical insights and estimated repair timelines for critical equipment.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
