Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years related experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to multitask, perform under stress, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to work shifts and in various dept areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and operate equipment across the site on rotating shifts.
• Interact with control room, maintenance, engineering, and contractors.
• Operate conveyors, pumps, blowers, crushers, briquetters and more as assigned.
• Collect samples and perform lab related activities as needed.
• Perform safe isolation for maintenance and assist in minor repairs.
• Provide turnover information to incoming crew and document field data.
