People Integra (A Business Integra Group Company) is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial equipment installation projects and related construction activities supporting facility upgrades in Pensacola, FL. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely installation, commissioning, and facility readiness for manufacturing capital equipment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in engineering or industrial construction tied to equipment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years manufacturing experience in lieu.
At least 3 years engineering or industrial construction related to equipment installation and commissioning.
Experience with installation of industrial equipment or construction of industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage installation projects for manufacturing capital equipment.
Manage construction projects involving facility additions, modifications, and upgrades for new equipment.
Coordinate activities to ensure equipment installation, commissioning, and facility readiness.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams to resolve project challenges.
Support adaptation and improvement of manufacturing facilities and processes.
Drive projects from planning through installation and commissioning while meeting timelines.
