Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver industrial, manufacturing, or CAPEX projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage contractors and vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and cost targets.

The role requires 5–7+ years in industrial/project management, with experience in equipment installation, facility upgrades, and automation initiatives. On-site Huntsville, AL, with travel to vendor locations as needed.

Qualifications

5–7+ years of industrial, manufacturing, construction, or CAPEX project management experience.
Experience delivering projects involving equipment installation, facility upgrades, automation, or process improvements.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
Familiarity with EPC, design-build, or stage-gate project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle using standard project management methodologies. Define scope, requirements, success criteria, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; conduct risk assessments and mitigation.
Coordinate installation, commissioning, and validation of industrial equipment; oversee changes in manufacturing/industrial environments.
Serve as primary project liaison between engineering, operations, finance, safety, and leadership teams; facilitate reviews and milestones.
Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, milestones, and financials; capture lessons learned.
