Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Project Engineer (EPE) focused on environmental, health and safety programs.

The role involves assisting clients with environmental compliance, air and wastewater permitting, and safety program development, with travel to client sites supported. The candidate should have a four-year degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in environmental and safety programs, with on-site operations experience and knowledge of

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree in environmental engineering, occupational health and safety, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial/consulting experience in environmental and safety programs.
• Experience with on-site industrial manufacturing operations, chemical manufacturing operations, or mining operations.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations: RCRA, CWA, CAA, EPCRA, OSHA; EIT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare air emissions inventories and permit applications (air permitting).
• Develop SPCC plans and SWPPPs.
• Provide waste management consulting and regulatory support.
• Execute EPCRA TRI and Tier II evaluations and reporting.
• Prepare wastewater flow and self-monitoring reports and permit applications.
• Participate in on-site facility inspections and sample collection.
• Develop OSHA policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Manage multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule for clients.
• Travel 2–3 days per week with approximately one overnight trip per month.
