Job summary

Alliance North America (ANA) is seeking an Industrial Engineering Technician to support process improvement, production efficiency, and operational performance across manufacturing and production operations in Henderson, NV. This onsite role focuses on data collection, time studies, workflow analysis, 5S setup, and documentation.

You will develop SOPs, standard work, process maps, dashboards, and participate in Lean projects, collaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
• Two to five years of experience in manufacturing, production, engineering support, or process improvement.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, time studies, Standard Work, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct time studies, work measurement, workflow analysis, and cycle-time observations to identify improvements and labor standards.
• Collect, analyze, and organize production data; prepare KPI reports and dashboards for decisions.
• Support engineers and operations leaders in bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, Standard Work, and process maps.
• Monitor processes and recommend improvements for safety, quality, cost, throughput, and material flow.
• Lead Lean, 5S, and Kaizen projects and verify implementation results.
• Create workstation and facility-layout drawings using CAD to support flow and readiness.
• Train operators on new/updated work instructions and verify adherence on the floor.
