Job summary

ANA is hiring a Quality Engineer to join our onsite team in Henderson, NV. You will ensure products and processes meet quality requirements and work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and Customers to drive corrective actions and process improvements.

The role reports to the Quality Manager and operates on a weekday schedule, with a focus on statistical analysis, SOPs, and cross-functional support to reduce defects and improve yields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing quality.
• ASQ CQE preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality standards and inspection criteria.
• Lead root cause investigations and CAPA.
• Monitor production quality metrics and KPIs.
• Support audits and QMS documentation.
