Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with ability to perform testing, troubleshoot, and drive process improvements.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for reports and cross-functional interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor technicians across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex engineering tests and evaluations to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify root causes and optimize performance.
• Set up, execute, and document testing of equipment, components, and assemblies to validate designs.
• Assist engineers with design, development, modification, and implementation of hardware, software, tooling, and test solutions.
• Create, maintain, and organize technical documentation including specifications and test reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party partners to support product development and project execution.
• Train technicians and operators on products, equipment, processes, and best practices.
