Flex is seeking an Engineering Technician to join our Memphis, TN team. You will perform complex engineering tests, troubleshoot equipment, analyze data, and support process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will review specifications and procedures, set up testing for hardware and software used to test customer products, and assist engineers with development. Training others and sustaining documentation are important parts of this role.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Engineering Technician will perform complex engineering tests, troubleshooting, data analysis, and development activities while supporting process improvements, equipment performance, product validation, and operational problem resolution in a manufacturing environment.
