Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/System Engineering or related field required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred and demonstrated project history.
• Experience with labor standards, productivity reporting, and warehouse ops.

Responsibilities

• Develop labor standards and publish area efficiency levels for DC operations.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma projects to improve SLAs, safety, and throughput.
• Facilitate training sessions and rapid improvement events.
• Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings.
• Coach teams and recognize high performers to boost performance.
