Qualifications

• University degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Continuous improvement / Root Cause Analysis experience.
• Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data mining and analysis to leverage past lessons and incorporate improvements on new products.
• Drive projects pertaining to process automation.
• Ability to drive small to medium scale projects to completion.
• Design tooling and fixtures for production, and adapt machine or equipment design to production conditions.
• Layout for logistics area and materials handling.
• Provides guidance to design on drawing, prints, schematics, and BOMs.
• Implement statistical process control.
• Detailed technical report completion and technical presentations.
• Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
• Buy equipment and material related to logistics.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
