Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite Industrial Engineers across 4–5 facilities.
• Serve as liaison between Customer, Onsite, and Offshore teams; drive governance and reporting.
• Drive time studies, work measurement, line balancing, and productivity improvements.
• Identify opportunities in labor optimization, automation, and digital manufacturing.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and sales to grow engagement and benefits.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional and offshore teams for execution excellence.
