Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
• Experience leading onsite Industrial Engineering teams and delivering time studies, work measurement and line balancing.
• Proven ability to drive Lean transformations, continuous improvement, and productivity gains across multiple plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of onsite Industrial Engineers supporting 4–5 manufacturing facilities in the Appleton, WI area.
• Serve as liaison between customer, onsite and offshore teams, driving governance, planning, risk management and reporting.
