The role focuses on evaluating processes, optimizing material flow, and implementing safer, more efficient workflows with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong collaboration and documentation skills are essential for ongoing process maturation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Entry-Level with industrial engineering or manufacturing process improvement experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, improve quality, reduce operating costs, and drive profitability through 5S.
• Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes, material flow, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities, measure the effectiveness of improvements, and support data-driven decision making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workplace safety, reduce operational risk, and improve ergonomics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to implement sustainable improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and work instructions.
