Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Industrial Engineering Interns to join our summer program across Ohio and California. You will work with a team to optimize manufacturing operations, design production lines, and improve line efficiency using data-driven methods.

Throughout the internship you will develop capacity plans, balanced line layouts, and time standards, presenting findings to cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, and Quality.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Returning to school for at least one quarter/semester after the internship.
• U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information; clearance eligibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven projects to optimize manufacturing systems, processes, and operations.
• Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate with teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
• Develop capacity plans, balanced line layouts, staffing allocations, and manufacturing time standards.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to drive improvements.
