We seek rising seniors who have completed three years of ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree coursework, preferably in Industrial Engineering, to work full-time over the summer with potential part-time continuation during the school year. The role focuses on time-motion studies, production line optimization, SOP creation, quality-control support, and data-driven reporting

Qualifications

• Pursuing ABET-accredited bachelor's degree, preferably Industrial Engineering; other engineering majors considered with relevant coursework/work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform time-motion studies
• Optimize production line and work cell balance for product refurbishment
• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide support in quality control, quality assurance inspection and testing efforts
• Prepare/automate reports and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
• Data analysis
• Written and oral presentations to corporate management
