Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes
• Develop improvement proposals, including cost analysis and justification
• Evaluate new technology and implement equipment to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Work with Production Managers to develop efficient manufacturing layouts
• Partner with engineering to ensure equipment is designed for efficient manufacturing
• Conduct time studies as needed
• Assist the Quality Department
• Support additional projects and duties as assigned
