Job summary

ITW Performance Polymers is seeking an Engineering Co-Op in Clearwater, FL, to support SOP development and manufacturing documentation. You will spend substantial time on the production floor observing operations, collecting process data, and translating observations into clear procedures that enhance safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the specified engineering fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and manufacturing documentation.
• Observe on the production floor to understand processes and risks; collect data.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and R&D teams.
• Update process documentation to reflect improvements and operational changes.
