Responsibilities

• Collect, record, and analyze production data to suggest setpoint changes.
• Optimize batch manufacturing by equipment and material tweaks.
• Develop SOPs for existing and new processes with safety emphasis.
• Lead Management of Change reviews across departments.
• Support equipment modifications and capital projects and commissioning.
• Spend up to 50% on the production floor as needed.
