BGDC Distribution, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer to develop and maintain engineered labor standards within our distribution operations. You will conduct time studies, evaluate processes, and drive productivity improvements across the center.

You will train leadership and staff on best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage projects from scope to implementation, including continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial engineering or related field.
• Experience in distribution centers or warehouses.
• Experience developing engineered labor standards and time studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineered labor standards and labor management systems.
• Conduct time studies and work measurements to set labor standards.
• Evaluate operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide training to leadership and staff on standards and methods.
• Lead continuous improvement and Kroger CAD-related projects.
• Collaborate with site leadership to implement improvements.
