Shift: Wed- Sat. - Thurs.- Sat.: 6pm-6am

Job Summary

Industrial Eng Tech III will support the Industrial Engineering Department in planning, designing, implementing, and managing integrated production and service delivery systems that ensure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, and cost control within the production site. The main focus will be assisting the IE in maintaining the layouts and data in IE related systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of time studies and time estimates.
• Update the site layout and project layouts, as directed by the Industrial Engineer.
• Update Key Process maps and process data as directed.
• Maintain the Product-Process-Time database (IEDB).
• Enter configuration data into SAP and Manufacturing Execution System, including Bill of Materials, part master data, Routes, Steps, and Process Times, as directed.
• Standardize Jabil processes throughout the site according to global, regional, and site directions.
• Support the Lean organization by maintaining data integrity to facilitate process improvements.
• Support and maintain all lower-level IE duties and responsibilities.
• Comply with all company security policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Requirements

• Understanding and application of industrial engineering tools such as work measurement, process mapping, and workstation design.
• Attention to detail when updating data and systems.
• Basic analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, and AutoCAD.
