You will establish methods for optimal facility utilization and may train personnel across production operations.

Responsibilities include cost/control studies, implementing facility modifications, and assisting in planning of facilities.

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Industrial Engineer Asc Early Career. In this role, you will analyze and design sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. You will establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develop and implement plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Relevant experience in production, manufacturing, or sustainment may also be considered in lieu of a directly related degree.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $58200.00 - $108200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
