You will collaborate with IT, ERP, and analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions and safer, more efficient space hardware. The role emphasizes implementing process improvements, optimizing layouts, and developing scheduling tools with SAP/MRP alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Databricks).
• Strong data literacy including ETL, SQL, and data modeling.
• Ability to create dashboards and present actionable insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement solutions to increase throughput and productivity.
• Optimize facility layout and support new construction projects.
• Develop tools to scale production and align SAP/MRP systems with executable plans.
• Create data visuals and maintain documentation of process changes.
