Job summary

Employee Magnets is seeking a Process Industrial Engineer to develop, refine, and document production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality. You will create and uphold SOPs, lead time studies, and support automation initiatives while providing training to production teams.

The role supports manufacturing operations with a focus on continuous improvement, auditing readiness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Occasional travel to facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering.
• 2–5 years of process or industrial engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain SOPs for PCBA and FA.
• Analyze and improve production processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Conduct training sessions for operators and supervisors on updated processes and SOPs.
• Perform time and motion studies to set standard times for operations.
• Assist in implementing automation solutions to improve production efficiency.
• Participate in customer audits and address IE-related inquiries and corrective actions.
