Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and simulation software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and utilize simulation models to test and validate process changes before implementation.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to implement process improvements.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, throughput, and resource utilization.
