HRU is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing operations by evaluating and improving production processes, workstations, facility layouts, and material flow. This role will focus on optimizing workflows, analyzing equipment utilization, conducting time studies, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and manufacturing process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant industrial engineering experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and facility layouts.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and calculations.
• Experience with 3D simulation software.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate workstations and processes to boost productivity.
• Develop and modify facility layouts using AutoCAD.
• Conduct time and motion studies to assess cycle times.
• Analyze workflows, machine capacity, and material handling.
• Prepare drawings and diagrams documenting configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Prepare reports on process performance and improvements.
• Support production planning and scheduling impacts.
