Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial or production engineering.
• Experience or coursework in data analysis.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with data-analysis tools like SQL, Python, R, or Minitab.
• Onsite work at NCSC Whitsett site Monday through Friday.
• Ability to provide occasional overtime or weekend support.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: streamline workflows and time/motion studies.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: design layouts and manage inventory to cut costs.
• Quality Control: apply Six Sigma or Lean methods to meet standards.
• Ergonomics & Safety: design workstations and processes to prevent injuries.
