Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Mocksville, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance production processes and deliver cost improvements. You will design and refine manufacturing methods, collaborate with design, quality, and operations, and drive safety and quality across lines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 4+ years in manufacturing engineering, with strong CAD/CAM/CAE, CNC and GD&T skills. Onsite role with up to 15% travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial or mechanical engineering is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of CNC, CAD/CAM/CAE and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Suggests, evaluates, implements & manages multiple manufacturing projects from beginning to end.
• Develops machining processes on current or future assets.
• Leads machine tool installations and supports production issues.
