The ideal candidate has a strong quantitative background, experience with Arena, AnyLogic or FlexSim, and excellent communication skills to present results to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years experience developing simulation models.
• Proficiency with Arena, AnyLogic, or FlexSim.
• Strong stats, experimental design, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with data tools: Excel, SQL, Python or R.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain discrete-event simulation models for complex systems.
• Define study objectives, data requirements, and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Collect and prepare input data for simulations.
• Validate and verify models against real systems.
• Run experiments and analyze outputs to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Present results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support decision-making on process changes and resource allocation.
