Job summary

AUTAJON GROUP is seeking an Industrial Engineer – Automation to drive packaging operations optimization and automation integration. You will collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to implement scalable, data-driven improvements and safer, more efficient processes.

Responsibilities include leading automation projects, performing time studies and capacity modeling, and using analytics to reduce downtime and increase throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–7+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing automation projects in packaging operations preferred.
• Hands-on with robotics, PLC interfaces, vision systems or material handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation design, evaluation and implementation for packaging operations.
• Develop time studies, value stream maps, and capacity modeling.
• Improve OEE through process redesign and automation enhancements.
• Manage automation projects from concept to post-launch optimization.
• Collect production data and develop KPIs and dashboards.
