Job summary

Globus Medical, including its Branch Medical Group subsidiary, seeks an Industrial Engineer to develop and improve manufacturing processes. You will evaluate product flow, implement efficiency measures, and support capacity planning to ensure smooth, cost-effective production across locations.

The role requires collaboration with plant leadership, data analysis for RFQ processes, and the ability to present findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• CAD software experience is required.
• Ability to collaborate with Cost Accounting and Plant Leadership teams.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements process efficiency measurements.
• Develops capacity planning and analyzes data for RFQ process.
• Evaluates product flow times and implements improvement plans.
• Leads new project implementation teams when required.
• Plans and controls manufacturing systems.
• Compiles concise materials for VP/Director audiences.
