Base pay range
$105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
- Improve productivity and reduce waste using Lean Six Sigma, SPC, and structured problem‑solving tools
- Optimize manufacturing layouts, material flow, and daily line performance
- Track OEE, scrap, cycle time, and throughput data; build dashboards and performance metrics
- Conduct time studies, capacity modeling, and workflow analysis
- Lead Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities across multiple lines
- Support validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure compliance with FDA/ISO standards
- Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of medical device manufacturing experience
- Proven experience applying Lean tools—process mapping, VSM, standard work, visual management
- Ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑moving, collaborative operations environment
Nice to Have
- 10+ years of experience or exposure to smaller, fast‑paced organizations
- Experience working across multiple customer or product lines
